1. Format

Strategy sessions via video call (Zoom/Teams) or in-person at our Augusta office. Deliverables as PDF/Google Slides/Docs.

2. Schedule

Sessions scheduled within 5 business days of payment. Deliverables within 10 business days of each session.

3. Communication

Email, phone, and async messaging between sessions. Response within 4 business hours.
