Contact: Name, email, phone, company, title, billing address. Business Intelligence: Revenue data, customer data, operational data shared during engagements. Treated as strictly confidential under NDA. Payment: Stripe (PCI DSS L1). Analytics: Plausible (cookieless, EU-hosted).

4. Confidentiality of Client Business Data

Consulting engagements require access to sensitive business information: revenue figures, customer lists, pricing strategies, competitive intelligence, and operational data. All such information is: (a) protected under mutual NDA signed before engagement begins; (b) accessible only to assigned senior consultants; (c) stored encrypted (AES-256) on secure US-based servers; (d) never shared with other clients, competitors, or third parties under any circumstances; (e) retained only for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months for follow-up purposes; (f) permanently deleted upon written request after engagement conclusion.

5. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

Rights: know, delete, correct, opt out of sale (we do not sell data), non-discrimination. 45-day response. Contact: hello@charlton-consulting.com.

6. Data Security

TLS 1.3, AES-256, MFA, encrypted backups, NDA for all team members, regular security audits.

7. Retention

Client data: engagement + 12 months. Financial records: 7 years (IRS). Business intelligence: deleted upon request post-engagement.
