1. Guarantee

If after the first strategy session you feel Charlton is not the right fit, we refund 100% of the engagement fee. No questions asked.

2. Partial Refunds

Accelerator: prorated refund for unused sessions. Partner: 60-day notice, refund for unused months.

3. Process
